Derived from ‘Yuj’, the Sanskrit word for ‘unite or integrate’, Yoga is an avenue to harmonizing the body and mind. Yoga takes the human body through a series of stationary poses, each of them stretching and strengthening specific muscles. With meditation we learn, while improving the way we breathe, to distance ourselves from our surroundings and to increase our self-awareness.

Yoga and meditation lessons are conducted by The Thinnai at the Saantham experience center, an ideal setting to immerse yourself in calmness. With a backdrop of peaceful, lush surroundings that soothes the eye and calms the mind, it is an experience designed to rejuvenate mind and soul.

After Yoga there are several ‘green’ showers at Thinnai Organic for guests to freshen up and to continue their farm experience. Guests can collect their own fresh produce and get a pick-me-upper made at the open kitchen to rejuvenate their bodies. Or enjoy a unique dining experience while seated in one of the farm’s gazebos or in a place of your choice.
